Selling your business is one of the most important transactions you will ever undertake. Our Business Profile simply works! In essence, we gather all the required information we need up front, one time and package it, with your assistance, to present to the market place. In this process you will be required to provide the information that we need, such as tax returns, financial statements, inventory levels, furniture, fixture and equipment lists, leased equipment contracts, and landlord contracts. While this may seem like a lengthy and complicated process, we try to make it as simple as possible for you. Meeting with the Broker: Once this information is compiled, we will meet with you to reconstruct your financial statement, to reflect an accurate cash flow to present to the new owner. At that time, we will establish the inventory levels and furniture, fixture and equipment lists to be conveyed at the sale. It is important at this point, that you remove any inventory or equipment that will not be part of the sale, so as not to confuse prospective buyers when they look at your business.
