Karen brings to Global Business Brokerage, Inc. a wealth of business and legal experience.  She is experienced in all facets of business administration and real estate law and is an asset to our company.  Karen handles most of the administrative work and is involved in all aspects of the firm.

Formerly, she was a "Loan Closing Specialist" for the largest farm lender in the United States for several years.  In the past fourteen years, she has made Tampa Bay her home, where she has been Office Manager, Executive Assistant to the CFO, Franchise Coordinator and Director of Telecommunications and Human Resource Administration for a major Fortune 500 company.  Prior to that, she spent three years with a manufacturing firm, who bought and sold businesses all over the world doing financial and legal presentations for the sales and purchases of those businesses in France, Japan, and Northern Europe. She has been listed in "Who's Who of International Business Women" and brings a wealth of knowledge to our firm.

More recently, Karen has added a new dimension to her experience, as Business Manager for a small insurance business firm, who has won numerous awards for excellence in the Tampa Bay area and throughout the United States, including Small Business of the Year - Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce in 2003 and Small Business of the Year - St. Petersburg 2004.  She understands the small business owner's needs and can suggest ways to maximize your office productivity, setting up the small business, start up operations, as well as helping you determine what business solutions are available to you to solve most any problem you may encounter.
